All Power To The Voters - DemocracyNYC
“All Power To The Voters” was created for DemocracyNYC’s Juneteenth campaign for Ranked Choice Voting. Inspired by the Black Panther Party Slogan “All Power to the People,” Emory Douglas’ illustrative design style, and the legacy of Black voting rights activists, this campaign evokes community power and resiliency. I used a digital collage technique to integrate archival photos with custom illustrations.
The campaign was featured in community and ethnic print media outlets in English, Spanish, and Haitian Creole as well as projected at community illuminations in Union Square and Harlem.

The campaign was also modified for the November 2021 general election where the design was featured on bus shelters and news stands across the city.
